Freshness Guarantee
The freshness of your flowers is guaranteed for 7 days from the date they were delivered or collected The exception is for roses & spring/summer flowers where they are guaranteed for 5 days from the day of delivery or collection. Flower Care
Remove the packaging & cut the stems at an angel & ensure there are no leaves in the water.Fill a non metallic vase with lukewarm water & add flower food according to the guidelines. (never add bleach, lemonade or other suggested additives) Place somewhere cool out of direct sunlight, heat & draughts on a protected surface.Freshen up your flowers after 2/3 days by re-cutting the stems, remove dropping foliage or flowers & put in fresh water.
Please bear in mind that some flowers are sent out in tight bud. This ensures a long vase life.
Lillies
Lily pollen can stain. We recommend you remove the stamens as they begin to open and avoid contact. If you do come into contact, it is best to remove with sticky tape by dabbing the area that has come into contact. NEVER USE WATER as this will make the pollen stain.
Website Pictures
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown in the example pictures. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
Complaints
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. If you are not happy in any way, with the service or product you receive, please contact us on 01202 82744 & we will look into your complaint. If you have a valid complaint, a replacement will be provided or if this is not appropriate, you will be refunded.Complaints regarding quality of a product cannot be investigated after 7 days of the date of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
